SHORT PITCH CONVEYOR CHAIN WITH EXTENDED PINS
The short pitch of the chain makes the overall structure more compact and suitable for delivery systems with limited space or requiring high density layout. By increasing the length of the pin shaft, specific functions can be achieved, such as enhancing the rigidity of the chain, improving the positioning accuracy or meeting specific connection requirements.
The short pitch conveying chain with extended pin is usually composed of the chain body, extended pin, sprocket, guide rail and drive device. The body of the chain consists of a series of connected chains that are connected by standard pin axes and sleeves. And the extension pin, as specially designed parts, is installed in a specific position of the chain to achieve specific functions.
