ROLLER CHAINS WITH STRAIGHT SIDE PLATES (A SERIES)
Straight side plate roller chain, as the name suggests, the chain plate is straight, and the side plate design has certain characteristics. This kind of chain is usually composed of an inner chain plate, an outer chain plate, a pin, a sleeve and a roller, wherein the roller and the sleeve, the sleeve and the pin are gap coordination, working between the inner and outer chain nodes can be relatively deflected, the sleeve can be freely rotated around the pin shaft, and the roller is set on the sleeve to reduce the wear between the chain and the sprocket. The design of the straight side plate helps to enhance the side stability of the chain and reduce the side offset, thus improving the transmission efficiency and accuracy.

ROLLER CHAINS WITH STRAIGHT SIDE PLATES (A SERIES)
Straight side plate roller chain, as the name suggests, the chain plate is straight, and the side plate design has certain characteristics.
